Kane really deserves everybody’s respects.. after being 2 years out of the tour.. he just came to take what belongs to him.. the #1 position and all of the titles.. simple like that.. i really would like to see the other players to improve their skills and -AT LEAST- push him to a 5th game (for our own benefit too!).. when Kane gets into a tournament it is practically by default that he will win.. so, for the other top players.. what else you have to loss? nothing!!! just get out of traditional style.. and play like if it is the last game of your life!

I totally agree to what has been stated so far. I´d like to ad some further thoughts… What a pitty that Alvaro could not play! He was the only one to take Kane right to the edge recently. First: Overall the game needs more players batteling for the title. Secound: We need much more emotions on the court! It sometimes seems that there are robots on the court Look at Cheryl Gudinas very efficient but horrible game style! It could become boring to watch the same players over and over again matching up in the semis or finals!
One of the very best games at the US Open 2009 was therefore the match between Ben Croft and Rocky Carson! I really did not expect this to happen! It´s good for the game we all love.
Congrats to Kane for this outstanding victory, just imagine that this could have been his 7´th. title already! What a pitty that he does not play for his country internationaly… And think of Christie Van Hees still playing her very best… One great playing/looking attraction less Too bad for our loved sport…

I agree that nobody will catch Kane but more important I like how Jack has grown in the sport and not become a cheat like other US Open Champions.
I loved the battles that Cliff and Sudsy had on the court and verbal jabs between points. To me this is what is missing from the IRT now. Great guys on tour but the entertainment value has gone way down.
Having played against Cliff and Sudsy I have a soft spot for this two great champions but I love how Kane has catapulted the game the way MJ did for basketball.

Kane is an absolute racquetball amaze!!, i think he has reach the game for new heights since Cliff did in the past, just like Federer did it for Tennis, the rest of the crew will have to reach their game for new heights if they want to hold a tittle in the coming years, until then Kane will make look the game and the tittles built for him; congrats on the tittle and on keeping this wonderful sport alive!!

i was hoping for a Huczek victory! it looks like Kane really presses the issue by shooting everything and making them at a high percentage. until huczek and carson, change their conservative approach and take more chances and develope the ability to match kane shot for shot, he’ll continue to dominate the sport! i really like Huczek though he’s really a class act!
